Like many pet parents, we didn’t start out trying to build a company—we were just trying to take care of our dog, Coco.

Coco, or as we lovingly call him, Cocobon (sometimes Bonnie when he’s being extra sweet), quickly became the center of our world. But as any devoted pet parent knows, caring for your furry family member means juggling a lot—from vet appointments and training notes to feeding routines, grooming schedules, daycare bookings, and even those late-night “what is this symptom?” Google searches.

We found ourselves constantly switching between 4–5 different apps, spreadsheets, and paper notes just to keep up with everything Coco needed. It was overwhelming, disjointed, and time-consuming—and yet, Coco deserved better. So did we.
That’s when the idea hit us:

We created Cocobon.ai, an AI-powered companion for pet parents, inspired by the real-life chaos and love that come with raising a pet. Built out of Austin, Texas, Cocobon is our way of simplifying the pet care journey while honoring the bond between pets and the humans who love them.
